On the 8th of March each year women around the world celebrate International Women’s Day.

A new campaign theme is launched each year and for 2019 the theme is #BalanceforBetter.   The theme is based on the concept that balance drives a better working world.

The premise behind International Women’s Day is to help nations worldwide eliminate discrimination against women.  It is focused on helping women gain full and equal participation in global development.

Women around the world each year wear the colour purple to symbolise justice and dignity for women internationally.
