In 2010 Dianne graduated from Murdoch University with a Juris Doctor (Merit Honours). As part of her Juris Doctor she studied two units at Uppsala University in Sweden.
Dianne worked as a Legal Associate for Judges of the Family Court of Western Australia from 2011 to 2013.
She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2012 and has been practicing as a legal practitioner since July 2013.
Dianne joined Kim Wilson & Co Family Lawyers in 2013 and was appointed an Associate of the Firm effective from 1 July 2015.
Dianne has been writing for CCH Australia in respect of Family Law in Western Australia from 2014 to present.
Dianne works exclusively with Family Law and has experience working with complex Property Settlements, Parenting Matters, Divorce, Spousal Maintenance, Child Support, Financial Agreements and Violence Restraining Orders.
Dianne has been involved in many Alternative Dispute Resolution processes including Mediations and Informal Conferences. She also has much experience with Family Court proceedings and has appeared as Counsel on numerous occasions including at Trial.

Dianne is passionate about Family Law and is a member of the Women Lawyers of Western Australia Law Reform and Social Justice Working Group as well as the Law Society of Western Australia Access to Justice Committee.
